The terms below cover your EnterX purchase.
Warranty
- 14-day full money-back guarantee — return the goods in their original packaging and condition, strictly within 14 days of receipt.
- One-year repair warranty on all electronic equipment.
- Three-month warranty on accessories.
- Access to the WhatsApp interface works with non-refundable prepaid credits.
Returns & Repairs
- Refunds will only be considered if you contact us within 15 days of delivery.
- The buyer carries the courier cost of the return.
- Refunds are made within 5 days of receipt of the goods in their original condition and packaging.
- Repairs are normally done on-site by our technicians. Expect repairs to take about 4–12 weeks due to importing of replacement parts. We are not able to do component-level repairs.
Privacy Policy
- EnterX will not use your personal information in any way other than for transacting with you and, from time to time, informing you of new product releases or promotions.
- You may ask to be removed from our mailing list at any time.
- EnterX will not sell, rent or give away your personal information to a third party.
- EnterX must disclose user information when the law requires it.

This product relies on third-party communication platforms including WhatsApp and local mobile network providers. EnterX does not guarantee the delivery, speed, or uptime of these messaging services and is not responsible for any delays, message failures, or data costs incurred.
Use of this intercom is at the owner’s risk. The owner is solely responsible for verifying the identity of visitors before granting access. EnterX shall not be liable for any unauthorized entry, security breaches, property damage, or personal injury resulting from the use or misuse of this device.
